Make-A-Way Transport is expanding and looking for experienced Regional 1099 Drivers to support medical and other personal transportation across Eastern, Middle, and Northeast Tennessee.
We are seeking both Regional and Local Drivers who are reliable, professional, and committed to delivering safe and compassionate transportation services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive regional routes between cities and counties
- Transport clients to essential medical appointments and other essential services
- Drive scheduled routes across assigned areas (local or regional)
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, safety, and punctuality
- Provide consistent, respectful, and compassionate service
- Operate independently while following company service standards

Driver Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
- Comfortable with local and/or regional driving
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle
- F-Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- DOT Medical Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior driving or transportation experience preferred
