IMMEDIATE OPENING – Professional Land Surveyor, P.S.
Years of Experience:
- 5 years minimum within the State of Ohio
Description:
- We are expanding our Survey Department and are looking for qualified Surveyors.
Skills Required:
- Applicant should be a S.I. working towards an Ohio P.S. license or currently a licensed Ohio P.S.
- Duties include the preparation of Boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, Subdivision Plats, Topographic surveys, right-of-way plans, Legal Descriptions, generate staking points, and processing of field data.
- Applicant must be familiar with land record research and platting requirements within County and City agencies around the Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio areas.
- Ability to direct field personnel to perform field surveys to State of Ohio minimum standards or above.
- This position will be an office based position with minimal outside field work.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Understanding of Trimble survey equipment and data collection.
- Project scheduling, personnel management, and work production techniques.
