Role Description

The Client Success & Project Manager will take ownership of the client experience and project lifecycle across one or more Boxer markets. Think of this role as the quarterback of the client experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while working closely with professional surveyors, field crews, drafting teams, and Boxer leadership to move projects from initial inquiry through final delivery.

This is not a traditional customer service role. You'll be responsible for keeping projects organized and moving forward, proactively communicating with clients, solving problems, improving processes, and helping us deliver the responsive, high-quality experience that defines the Boxer brand. Because we're building a growing national company, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas around operations, marketing, market growth, and how we can continuously improve the way we serve our clients.
