As Sr. Manufacturing Accountant, you will be responsible for financial reporting, month-end close, cost and inventory accounting, internal controls, and financial analysis. You will contribute to accurate financial results, strong controls, and better decision-making at Nefab.
You will be part of the Finance organization supporting the manufacturing site. In the Finance function, you will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Plant Leadership, and Corporate Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong cost control, and effective business support across the site

Job Summary
We are looking for an on-site Senior Accountant to join our growing Irving, TX office. You will have the opportunity to gain a broad perspective of Nefab’s business thru interactions with various departments across the company. This position will support the profitable growth of the Company by helping ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of financial information and processes. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute and develop in a fast-paced and growing global company. This role will encourage you to demonstrate and develop your leadership skills, utilizing excellent communication, presentation and financial analysis skills as well as being a liaison with other groups throughout the company.
Main Responsibilities
Education
This position may require standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Physical duties may also include stooping, kneeling, gripping, pushing and pulling, speaking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as the ability to adjust focus.

Main Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Month-End Close: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Cost & Inventory Accounting: Oversee cost accounting and inventory accounting processes, including manufacturing cost tracking, variance analysis, inventory valuation, reconciliations, and cycle count review.
- Internal Controls & Compliance: Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; identify control weaknesses and implement corrective actions.
- Capital Expenditure Analysis: Analyze capital expenditure proposals and provide financial insights and recommendations to support investment decisions for the manufacturing site.
- Financial Analysis & KPI Reporting: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support site management decisions and identify KPIs and metrics to measure site performance.
- Audit Support & Operations Partnership: Coordinate external audits and provide required documentation and responses to auditor inquiries; partner with Operations to ensure accurate inventory records and effective controls.
- Production Floor Presence: Regularly spend time on the production floor 2-3 times per week to gain hands-on understanding of site activities, support accurate financial reporting.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- 5–8 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in cost accounting and inventory management.
- Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems and QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
