Quality Lead, Nefab PolyFlex

Our Quality organization is vital for us to deliver a product that meets or exceeds established standards or customer expectations. We are now looking for a Quality Lead to join our team in Nefab McMinnville.
As Quality Lead you will be responsible for supporting quality auditors in their day-to-day responsibilities, resolve quality issues during production runs, review First Article dimensions and documentation to be submitted to the customer and managing product flow through Quality Hold process. You will contribute to plant quality and quality processes, assist with the training program for new Quality personnel, assist in the APQP/PPAP process and assist with enforcement of safety policy and procedures.
You will be part of overseeing the quality operations in the manufacturing facility. In the Quality Lead position, you will work with the quality manager to ensure quality auditors are performing their responsibilities to standard.
This position is located in McMinnville TN, and you will report to Matt Lang, Site Mananger.

Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in a manufacturing/quality function.
- Additional training in quality methods, tools and techniques.
- Formal education is a bonus but not required.
- Two or more years of leadership experience.
