Main Responsibilities Include
- Develop lean content (training material, guidelines, best practices)
- Train leaders and personnel on all employee levels on lean principles and practices
- Coach and guide leaders and lean champions on the implementation of lean principles and practices
- Follow-up on progress and results regionally and locally
- Coordinate a global lean network
Your profile
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field or other relevant training and experience
- Lean training
- Minimum 5 years of lean or continuous improvement leadership experience in manufacturing, packaging, or logistics environments.
- Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Problem Solving).
- Demonstrated experience implementing lean projects with measurable results.
- Experience of working in a global setting with diverse cultures
- Experience of working with different levels of an organisation
- English - high proficiency.
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
