As a Maintenance Technician You Will Be Responsible For
- Interacting with PFP management to ensure timely and accurate information for maintenance planning and delivery of cost estimates for new and existing equipment repairs or replacement.
- Proactively lead Thermoforming equipment maintenance project activities internally/externally to ensure equipment longevity and optimal usage.
- Act as project leader to ensure planning and reporting of all critical project activities to team members.
- Ensure that projects are efficiently managed and meet or exceed all timing, quality and budgetary expectations.
This position is located in McMinnville TN, and you will report to the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements
- Educated in basic electrical wiring, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC operation with a minimum 5 years of experience in the injection molding industry.
- Implementation and compliance of standard work processes for preventative maintenance regiments.
- Maintain maintenance logs and maintenance inventory items.
- Organized and efficient in developing and reporting project critical elements (i.e. open issues, timing plans, etc.) to management teams.
- Willing to travel up to a 75-mile radius.
- PLC programming a plus.
