Senior Thermoform Process Technician

This position is responsible for starting up and maintaining the extrusion machines. Troubleshoot and ensure machine is running quality product in the most efficient manner.

This position is responsible for starting up and maintaining the extrusion machines. Troubleshoot and ensure machine is running quality product in the most efficient manner.
- Thermoforming, Extrusion or Plastics manufacturing experience is required to be considered for this position.
- Experience with OEE, scrap and basic process/production metrics are preferred.
- Experience with Heavy and Thin Gauge Plastic required.
- Troubleshoot and evaluate extrusion machines and make the necessary adjustments to ensure prescribed quality and production standards are achieved and maintained
- Extrusion set-up, processing, identifying process issues.
- Maintain Quality Control sheets every 30 minutes, start of every work order.
