We're seeking a talented and experienced Managing Director to lead our operations across multiple manufacturing, warehousing, and sales hubs in the Americas southeast sub-region. As a key member of the Americas Leadership Team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company and driving sales initiatives for the Southeast Region, while also supporting sales efforts across the Americas.
As Managing Director, you'll be responsible for strategically growing sales and profitability, meeting sustainability targets, and actively participating with our Americas Leadership Team to develop and execute new sales strategies. You'll have the opportunity to support and establish Global Key Accounts, explore new market segments, and drive operational efficiencies across our various sites.
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President for the Americas, this leadership role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and contribute to our continued success. Your profile
- Master’s and/or University Degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related industrial areas.
- 7-10 years’ experience working in Senior Management in Manufacturing
- Experience successfully managing P&L
- Experience working in a complex, multi-matrix environment at a high level
- Experience executing on sales strategy & satisfying Global Key Accounts
- Experience successfully managing ERP systems
