We are now looking for a Director, Product Solutions Team Wood, Americas to join our team in Nefab Americas.
As Director, Product Solutions Team Wood, Americas, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of wood-based packaging solutions across the Americas region. This includes coordinating design for manufacturing, sourcing, production, and costing activities to ensure solutions are delivered efficiently, competitively, and at scale. You will contribute to driving profitable growth, strengthening our wood product strategy, and enhancing our ability to deliver high-quality, sustainable packaging solutions to customers.
You will be part of the Regional Portfolio organization, working closely with Global Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Sourcing teams. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally and across geographies to align regional execution with global strategy, accelerate quoting and project delivery, and ensure strong communication and cooperation across teams.
This position is located in Americas (CA/USA/Mexico), and you will report to the VP Portfolio, Americas.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the wood/plywood or packaging industry
- Strong understanding of wood raw materials, sourcing, and manufacturing processes
- Proven experience in product management, business development, and pricing strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, and Sales
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Financial acumen with the ability to build and evaluate costing models, pricing, and business cases
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
- Willingness to travel up to 35%
