In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
⦁ Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
⦁ Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation
⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

⦁ An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication

Required Skill and Experience⦁
Experience in managing Major / High‑severity production incidents (P1/P2)
⦁ Act as the Incident Commander, driving triage, coordination, and resolution
⦁ Ensure accurate incident updates, ETAs, and stakeholder communication
⦁ Track incident trends, root cause patterns, and recurring issues
⦁ Maintain incident KPIs, MTTR, SLA adherence, and quality metrics
Preferred Skill and Experience
⦁ Experience in applying incident handling methodologies
