Neenan is currently in search of an Architectural Designer, similar to the AIA definition of Recent College Graduate, non-licensed. This position requires a basic understanding of design and technical aspects of projects and strong communication skills. The Architectural Designer role ranges from conceptual design and document production to specifications.
Our mission is to improve the economic vitality of our clients through an integrated design-build methodology. We are an integrated team of development, design, and construction professionals specializing in healthcare, education, municipal, and commercial projects primarily in the western half of the US, based out of Fort Collins, Colorado.
Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with other team members to develop a project from Conceptual Design to Record Drawings.
- Prepare renderings and presentations for client and office meetings.
- Create three-dimensional building informational modeling and two-dimensional construction documents.
- Organize and maintain project files (both electronic and paper).
- Bachelor's or master"s degree in Architecture from an accredited school
- General knowledge in Revit
- Effective verbal, written, and graphical communication skills
- Motivation to learn
- Ability and willingness to travel
