We're looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Clinical & Creative Assistant to shadow me during my day, assist in treatments, close consults, and capture behind-the-scenes moments for our growing digital presence. 🎥✨
What You’ll Be Doing:✔️ Assisting in procedures and supporting patient flow
✔️ Helping close high-value aesthetic consults
✔️ Selling personalized skincare protocols and memberships
✔️ Capturing & editing Instagram/TikTok content (Reels, BTS, tips)
✔️ Managing patient touchpoints and product recommendations
What We’re Looking For:🔹 Deep knowledge of med spa treatments or plastic surgery
🔹 Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and luxury client experience
🔹 Strong communication & sales skills
🔹 Tech-savvy with social media/video skills (think IG Reels, CapCut, InShot)
🔹 Confident, polished, and coachable
🔹 Willingness to travel between our spa locations and follow my schedule
