About Us
Junbi Matcha & Tea opened in Brookline Village in July 2026, serving ceremonial-grade matcha, specialty teas, and seasonal drinks. We're a local, independently owned franchise location, and we're looking for someone creative to help us share what we make with the neighborhood.
What You'll Do
- Shoot photos and short videos of drinks, the store, and behind-the-scenes moments, mostly on a phone
- Create and schedule Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels
- Write captions that match our brand voice
- Reply to comments and DMs in a friendly, timely way
- Help promote new drinks, seasonal menus, and local events
- Share simple monthly updates on what's working (likes, views, follower growth)
What We're Looking For
- You use Instagram daily and understand what makes a post or Reel engaging
- Comfortable with phone photography and basic editing apps (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule
- A good eye for aesthetics and an interest in food, drinks, or café culture
- No professional experience required. Students are welcome to apply.
