Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred (entry-level applicants willing to learn are encouraged to apply).
- EPA Section 608 Certification (required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Knowledge of heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, mini-split systems, and thermostats.
- Experience with refrigerant recovery, charging, and leak detection.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical control systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Capable of lifting 75 pounds and working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
- Basic smartphone and tablet skills for completing digital work orders and invoices.
