Neel-Schaffer seeks responses from qualified applicants for the position of CEI Project Manager to work in one of our Mississippi office locations of Starkville or Columbus. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing a wide variety of construction-related projects. These projects primarily include general civil site design or transportation systems (roadway, parking lots, pedestrian pathways, etc.). Project Management and construction experience is required.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, required
- Licensed Professional Civil Engineer, preferred or ability to obtain your PE within 4 years
- 3 years of construction experience
- Experience leading and managing construction staff, preferred
- Strong verbal communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Experience working on MDOT or MDOT LPA Projects required.
- Valid driver’s license
