Role Description
This is a full-time in person role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Needville, TX. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. They will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement therapeutic interventions. The role also involves documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and Speech-related interventions
- Experience in evaluating and treating Dysphagia and related conditions
- Strong knowledge and skill in managing Communication Disorders
- Expertise in diagnosing and treating Language Disorders
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Current SLP licensure in the state of Texas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
