Lawn Care / Landscape Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care / Landscape Worker to join our team. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. This position involves working on residential and commercial properties to create and maintain attractive, healthy, and well-maintained outdoor spaces.

Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities

(This list is not all-inclusive)

Landscape Installation

• Construct hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and water features
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass
• Install sod or artificial turf
• Lay mulch, gravel, and decorative stones

Landscape Maintenance

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns
• Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth
• Weed and maintain landscape beds
• Perform seasonal cleanups, including spring and fall cleanups
• Assist with snow removal services during winter months

Equipment Operation & Maintenance

• Safely operate landscaping equipment and machinery including mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, compactors, and other tools
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or landscape maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of lawn care and groundskeeping practices preferred
• Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials as needed
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable transportation required
