Need-A-Lift Medivan, Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Specialist with a strong background in Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition.
The HR Specialist supports the day-to-day administrative functions of Human Resources. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting onboarding, and routine employee communication.
This role also helps ensure that HR processes are organized, timely and compliant. Candidates must hold:
- 1-3 years Employee Relations experience
- 1-3 years Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience with Excel and other components of Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- SHRM, HRCI, or aPHR certifications preferred
This role is part time 20 hours a week, more if needed. Days can be flexible and schedule discussed
