A Forensic Services Project Coordinator will support the Nederveld team by assisting engineers with internal operations and various assignment-related tasks.

Essential Functions

Provide exceptional client-facing customer service to our internal and external clients by:


  • Accurately
    • Obtain data from clients.
    • Enter data into an ERP system and set up files.
    • Provide timely support to clients and the Nederveld team.
    • Conduct research.
  • Regular interaction with clients daily via telephone calls and email.
  • Maintain internal documents and resources.
  • Reviewing deliverables for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting according to the company's guidelines.
  • Regularly completing various in-office tasks.
  • Performing specific project-related tasks at the direction of specific stakeholders within an office.
  • Working independently and as a member of a team.
  • Assist engineers manage project communications, timing, and scheduling.

Required Education And Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal certificate, High School Diploma, Home School Diploma, or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in the legal field preferred
  • 3-4 years of professional office experience.
  • Demonstrated success working in a deadline-driven environment.

Position Type and Expected Hours

This is a full-time, in-office position. Some flexibility in hours is permitted, but availability during standard working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. is required.

Physical Demands

This position is largely sedentary. Employees are regularly required to stand, sit, walk, reach, type, talk, and hear.
