- Provide timely support to clients and the Nederveld team.
- Conduct research.
- Regular interaction with clients daily via telephone calls and email.
- Maintain internal documents and resources.
- Reviewing deliverables for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting according to the company's guidelines.
- Regularly completing various in-office tasks.
- Performing specific project-related tasks at the direction of specific stakeholders within an office.
- Working independently and as a member of a team.
- Assist engineers manage project communications, timing, and scheduling.

- Experience in the legal field preferred
- 3-4 years of professional office experience.
