Position Description: The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Essential Position Responsibilities: · Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. · Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget-current projects average 18-20 weeks. · Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. · Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. · Manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. · Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarity specific requirements of each project. · Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. · Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. · Travels to and visits clients manufacturing facilities, to collect site data. The project manager is also required to test and document air quality, airflow, temperature and observe other processes and manufacturing operations. · Interpret customer requirements and offer solutions that maximize profitability. · Manage the project to the agreed upon scope of work (SOW) and does not deviate from the SOW without a new agreement/contract established and agreed to by the customer and RoboVent management. Qualifications: · 5-8 years of project management and related experience · Proven ability to solve problems creatively. · Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices · Experience seeing projects through the full cycle. · Excellent analytical skills · Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful · Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. · Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint · Ability to multi-task and take initiative in absence of manager. · Be able to work remote or from customer’s facilities while overseeing installations. · Must be able to travel 50%-60% of the time.
