Back of house and front of house team member

Nedderman's Steak Place is a family owned and operated Drive-Thru Restaurant serving Quality Food Quickly! We are currently seeking an experienced team member for front and back of house with Food Safety Certification. Our hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 11am-8pm and Closed on Sundays. This is a full time position, 4-6 days a week. This position is paid based on skill set. Come work in a friendly, fast-paced environment where the quality of our food and service speaks for itself!

Essential Job Functions

• Quality & Consistency: Preparing, portioning, and cooking food items exactly to Nedderman’s specifications.
• Stocking & Par Levels: Checking stock levels at the start of the shift and constantly restocking food, smallwares, and plateware to meet demand.
• Sanitation: Maintaining strict food safety, sanitation, and Servsafe inspection standards.
• Teamwork & Timing: Coordinating heavily with other cooks and front-of-house staff to ensure perfectly timed meal execution.

Physical Demands & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous high-volume restaurant BOH experience is typically required, especially for lead cooking roles.
• Mobility: Must be able to stand, walk, and exert mobility for extended periods (typically 4–10 hours per shift).
• Heavy Lifting: Must be capable of constantly lifting and carrying food, supplies, and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is a requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
