On the HotLine, you'll learn the art of handcrafting Freddy's famous Steakburgers and preparing our made-to-order menu items. As a member of our highly talented kitchen team, you'll ensure every meal is cooked to perfection with quality, accuracy, and speed. Working in Freddy's cooked-to-order kitchen, you'll help deliver the exceptional food and service our guests expect every visit.
Located in the heart of Notre Dame's LaFortune Student Center, you'll serve students, faculty, staff, alumni, campus visitors, and members of the surrounding community in one of the university's busiest gathering places.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers® was co-founded in 2002 by brothers Bill and Randy Simon with their friend and business partner, Scott Redler. It was named in honor of Bill and Randy’s father. Together, they built a brand focused on quality, hospitality, cleanliness and timeless traditions.
