Position: Inside Sales Rep
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Talk with customers over the phone and help them find the best exterior home services for their needs.
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers who have shown interest.
- Use a friendly, helpful, and customer-focused approach during every conversation.
- Learn about the company's products, services, and industry to confidently answer customer questions.
- Listen carefully to customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Build trust with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Explain the value and benefits of our services in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
- Turn customer inquiries into sales by using effective sales techniques.
- Keep track of potential customers and follow up with them as needed.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Attend regular training and coaching sessions to improve sales and customer service skills.
- Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Experience:
- 2 years of sales experience required.
- 2 years of call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Computer skills and internet navigation
