Nebulai is seeking an AI Transformation Lead for a full-time hybrid role based in Miami, FL, with the flexibility to work remotely on select days. The AI Transformation Lead will oversee the implementation of AI-powered solutions to meet client needs while leading cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include assessing client requirements, designing AI strategies, managing projects, and ensuring seamless adoption of AI technologies. The role also includes fostering client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring successful project outcomes through collaboration and innovation.
- Strong expertise in AI technologies, Machine Learning, Data Analysis, and AI Strategy formulation
- Proven experience in Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Agile methodologies
- Ability to develop implementation roadmaps, manage budgets, and track project KPIs effectively
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills when working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Business Development, Market Analysis, and crafting client-centric solutions
- Proficiency with AI tools, platforms, and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or Engineering)
