This is a full-time hybrid role based in Miami, FL. The AI Field CTO will manage the strategic development and implementation of AI-powered solutions, guide technical teams, and align IT strategy with business goals. Responsibilities include leading software and product development initiatives, overseeing architectural designs, and managing AI-related projects. The role combines on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home opportunities, fostering a balance between teamwork and independent productivity.

• Proven expertise in Software Development with experience in building scalable and robust systems.
• Strong Project Management skills with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, with a track record of aligning technological capabilities with business goals.
• Experience in Product Development, with an emphasis on AI-driven technologies and innovative solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make technology-related strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders.
• Background in AI or emerging technologies is highly desirable, with demonstrated knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
