Position Summary

The Warehouse Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. This role supports daily facility operations by ensuring the interior and exterior of the warehouse are well-maintained, free of debris, and compliant with safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks.

Pay $19/hr.

7:00 am-3:30 pm Day shift

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse interior and exterior.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and sanitary at all times.
• Clean and maintain common areas, break rooms, and employee spaces.
• Sweep, mop, and perform routine maintenance on warehouse floors.
• Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas and dispose of them properly.
• Collect and remove plastic wrap, packaging materials, and other debris from warehouse operations.
• Perform minor paint and floor touch-up repairs as needed.
• Organize level boxes, pallets, and storage areas to maintain a neat appearance and safe working environment.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or facility concerns.
• Follow all company safety procedures and contribute to a safe workplace for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Previous warehouse, janitorial, maintenance, or facility cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors in cold environment.
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and maintenance tools.

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse setting and requires routine cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, organized, and safe facility for all employees and visitors.
