Qualifications

- Basic knowledge or experience in child development, counseling, or social work is a plus
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education in human services or related fields is a plus
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience working with youth in a residential setting is preferred but not required
