What You'll Do
As a Youth and Family Specialist, you’ll work directly with children and families by:
- Providing youth mentorship and in-home family support
- Offering face-to-face contact, role modeling, and coaching
- Supporting families in crisis using proven intervention strategies
- Collaborating with probation officers and other professionals to meet family needs
- Advocating for children and ensuring their well-being
- Maintaining clear and accurate documentation
- Utilize time wisely

What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of job-related or lived experience
- A commitment to our mission of strengthening families and empowering positive change
- Ability to work in and travel around the counties in your office region
- Must be 21 years of age or older.

A Few More Details
All employment offers are contingent on passing a comprehensive background check. These include APS/CPS, Nebraska DMV, National and State Criminal History, and the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. Checks are updated every two years for all employees.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
