Assists in program planning and development; interprets, monitors, and analyzes information regarding operating policies and procedures; administers budgets; and coordinates academic and/or staff personnel matters. Examples of Work Performed
Essential Duties:
1. Conducts review, analysis, and coordination of participants for all contracts except employment contracts and articulation agreements.
2. Provides training and workshops as needed for contracts
3. Enters contracts into contract database software and confirms publication to state contract website
4. Monitors and updates contracts and responsible party in contract database as needed
5. Administers all aspects of the college fleet vehicle program and reporting including overseeing vehicle reservation requests/questions, and Transportation Service Bureau (TSB) compliance and reports.
6. Maintains files for all vehicles including insurance files, maintenance records.
7. Tracks all driving requirements for employees in coordination with Human Resources Department
8. Responsible for board report preparation related to contracts and change order information. Also assist as needed with Capital Construction quarterly report, Auxiliary Maintenance and Progress reports, and LB 309 status reports

Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree or work related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Four years office experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related fields
