Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Rotating weekends with Tuesday and Friday off when working weekends. Rotating is every 5-6 weeks the employee would work weekends.
Perform a variety of functions to ensure proper supplies are present based on surgical cases. Ensure accuracy of orders based on preference cards. Replenish and rotate items to maintain appropriate inventory.

Essential Job Functions
Pull necessary supplies for surgery cases.
- Assemble supplies based on preference sheet working with staff on any substitutions.
- Inspect products for damage and date to ensure sterility for procedures.
- Process return credit for all locations, ensuring all products have been scanned.
- Replace products in correct location.
- Deliver supplies to requesting department in a timely manner.
- Respond to supply requests from active surgery urgently.
- Inventory identified par locations (19).
- Restocking from pick list for all par locations.
- Re-claiming over stock from the par locations as necessary.
- Utilizing handheld for all par location scanning
- Use First in First methodology in stock rotation.
- Verify that product is in the correct location based on bin and label.
- Remove all outdates from the shelves/inventory.
- Utilize handheld scanner to track all outdates from the inventory.
- Clean and maintain equipment and storage areas on a regular basis.
- Stock from appropriate inventory based on shift
- Field calls for supplies in a timely manner, prioritizing these requests during active procedures.
- Confirm and verify item being requested.
- Provide item to requestor ensuring appropriate entry to surgical suites.

- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D) required
- 6 months previous stock clerk experience preferred.
- Experience with medical terminology or in healthcare preferred.
