- Graduate from Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology Program required.
- 3 years clinical background required.
- Prior supervisory experience or progressively responsible leadership experience required.
- Must possess and maintain current license in Nebraska required.
- Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) preferred.
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) strongly preferred at time of hire, required within 3 months of hire.
- Knowledge of PT, OT or SLP therapy theory as demonstrated by successful completion of accredited physical therapy program.
- Skill in communication, both verbally and in writing, skill in resident evaluation, application of treatment, time management and organization.
- Skills in personnel management, problem identification and problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to a changing environment, organize and work with a variable resident load.
