Customer Service.
- Role models customer service excellence to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
- Adheres to organizational standards of behavior.
- Promotes Service Excellence.
- Manages staff scheduling, performance, coaching and discipline to ensure smooth operation in accordance with Health System policies.
- Collaborates with Manager to maintain adequate staffing, develop and monitor department goals and procedures.
- Completes performance reviews/ performance improvement plans as needed.
- Recruits and retain top talent.
- Facilitates training of new staff.
- Develop and maintain department procedures.
- Creates environment for giving and receiving feedback.
- Rewards and recognizes staff of their achievements.
- Promotes Teamwork.
- Responsible for working with team to ensure 835’s and lockbox files have processed daily.
- Responsible for working with finance and account balancing staff to ensure we reconcile daily.
- Supervises our unassigned cash accounts.
- Supervises manual postings.

Job Requirements
Education
- High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent required.
- College Degree in business related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of business office or related experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
