- nce.Advise DHHS Divisions on economic trends, market conditions, business practices and policies, and regulation and legal compliance for appropriate procurement and contractual procedu

Requirements/Qualifica
tionsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration or relevant field of study and 7 plus years of experience in local, state, federal, major university system or private sector procurement f
ield.
Preferred Qualifica
- tions:Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Law, or a related
- field.Progressive supervisory, management, and leadership experience in a procurement, contracting, or compliance se
- tting.Juris Doctor (J.D.) or comparable legal training with demonstrated experience in public procurement, contract law, administrative law, or regulatory compliance is strongly pref
- erred.Experience providing legal interpretation of procurement policies, statutes, or administrative codes within a governmental, university, or regulated enviro
nment.
