Position Overview
We’re hiring professional residential cleaners with a minimum of 1 year of paid professional housekeeping experience. Cleaners must provide their own supplies and equipment and should be available 3 to 4 days per week. Jobs range from recurring residential cleans to deep cleans, with additional opportunities for post-construction and light commercial work.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks: baseboards, blinds, inside appliances, cabinet interiors, etc.
- Follow detailed instructions and client preferences carefully
- Arrive on time and complete each job within the scheduled timeframe
- Provide consistent, high-quality results that exceed client expectations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team
- Bring and maintain your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Bonus: Experience with post-construction or commercial cleaning is a plus
Requirements
- At least 1 year of paid, professional house cleaning experience
- Your own cleaning equipment and supplies (including vacuum, mop, and cleaning products)
- Reliable transportation and an active smartphone
- Availability at least 3–4 days per week
- Weekend availability is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must have a valid Social Security Number or ITIN
