Neat Freaks Housekeeping LLC is a locally owned professional cleaning company based in Fountaintown, Indiana. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team providing residential and commercial cleaning throughout Central Indiana.
Our client locations vary and include Greenfield, Shelbyville, Indianapolis, Cumberland, Greenwood and surrounding communities. This is an on-the-road position, meaning daily work locations will vary based on the scheduled route.

- Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling between client locations
- Able to handle the physical demands of professional cleaning
- Available primarily during weekday daytime hours, with some afternoon/evening commercial cleaning
- Able to pass a background check
Professional residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Pay & Hours
- $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience
- Approximately 10–25 hours per week
- Mileage reimbursement for qualifying travel between scheduled client locations
- Opportunities for pay increases based on performance, dependability and demonstrated ability
Typical responsibilities include:
- Residential and commercial cleaning
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Cleaning showers, tubs, toilets and sinks
- General housekeeping and facility cleaning
- Following Neat Freaks cleaning procedures and quality standards
