Day Cleaner - Commercial Cleaning (Full Time)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and high integrity full-time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the assigned areas, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all. This is a full-time role with opportunity to expand as the business grows.

Semi-flexible schedule with around 34 hours per week. Monday - Saturday.

This full time role is for 6 days a week: Monday = 9a-3pm, Tuesday = 9a-3pm, Wednesday = 9a-3pm, Thursday = 9a-3p, Friday = 9a - 3pm, Saturday = 9a-1pm

This totals to be about 34 hours a week. This role is in Bentonville, just West of the I49 highway at 2 different buildings that are within walking distance.

Duties
- Perform standard cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, disinfecting, and vacuuming
- Handle trash removal and disposal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Perform minor maintenance activities related to cleaning such as spot window cleaning

-Must be able to work alone or in a team scenario given expansion

Requirements
- Must have own transportation and driver license
- High integrity with a strong focus on customer service
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products preferred
- Capability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
