Established in 2019 in Greenville, South Carolina, NEAT Bourbon Bar is the culmination of a twenty-year dedication to the artistry of bourbon and the principles of genuine hospitality.
With multiple locations in Greenville, Greer, Myrtle Beach, Mt. Pleasant and coming soon Simpsonville and Seneca, SC this esteemed establishment has earned acclaim as one of ‘American’s Top Whisky Bars’ according to Whiskey Advocate Magazine (2025).
We are seeking a Bartender, Mixologists and Bourbon Specialists who embodies the spirit of professional excellence and people-first service. At NEAT, you are an ambassador of whiskey culture, guiding guests through an extensive library of over 350 selections. Whether meticulously crafting classic cocktails or curating a bespoke flight, your role is to deliver a memorable, upscale experience defined by warmth and expertise.
Qualifications / We're looking for someone who:
- Possesses extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excels in providing exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming environment, and maintaining positive guest interactions.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a guest-facing restaurant role as a bartender or beverage service role
- Must have valid South Carolina State Approved Alcohol Server Training Certificate
- Great enthusiasm and attitude
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Crafting delicious and innovative cocktails using fresh ingredients and premium spirits.
- Providing exceptional customer service by offering recommendations, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
- Maintaining a clean and efficient bar workspace, including stocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring proper sanitation.
- Working effectively within a team environment to deliver top-notch service and contribute to a positive work culture.
