JOB DESCRIPTION:
NEAT Bourbon Bar is looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager with the potential for growth into a Lead Kitchen Manager role.
RESPONBILITIES INCLUDE ; Ordering product, maintaining health code standards, following recipes and specs. Maintaining the company standards that are in place to ensure a positive guest experience.
NEAT's limited menu is focused high quality small light bites social bites for sharing (10 -15 menu items total).
Assistant Kitchen Manger will have a small staff. This job requires someone who is willing to be hands on in all aspects of back of house operations.
