What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service and installations
- Dispatch technicians efficiently for residential and light commercial calls
- Manage daily schedules to maximize productivity and response times
- Communicate clearly with technicians regarding job details, updates, and changes
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after appointments
- Accurately enter and update customer and job information in the system
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
- Support the service and installation teams as needed
- Represent Bullman with professionalism and a positive attitude
What We're Looking For
- Previous CSR, dispatch, or call-center experience (home services preferred)
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using scheduling software and computer systems
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume periods
