Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Escrow Officer at our office in Carmel, IN. The Residential Escrow Officer will manage the complete escrow process for real estate transactions, including preparing necessary documents, coordinating with all parties involved, performing closings, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining superior customer service, managing funds accurately, and providing timely communication with clients throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications
- Experience with Closings and Escrow processes
- Proficiency as a Notary Public
- Strong knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and effective communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and financial transactions
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in an on-site team environment
- Familiarity with relevant state and local escrow and title regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional real estate or legal certifications are advantageous
