About the Position:

Join a large interdisciplinary team of 5 Physical Therapists, 5 Physical Therapy Assistants, 5 Occupational Therapists, and 2 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of 22 days, with a 90% return-home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and is looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
