Qualifications

• Individuals with 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in Automotive Sales

What You'll Do | Service Writer Requirements

As a Service Writer, you are the primary link between the shop floor and the customer. You don't just "take orders"-you manage the flow and drive the revenue. Your daily focus includes:

• Lead the Front-of-House: Take full ownership of the guest experience, from the initial greeting to the final vehicle delivery.

• Precision Documentation: Write and manage service orders with obsessive accuracy and timeliness.

• Expert Recommendations: Deliver clear, confident repair solutions to customers, building trust through expertise.

• Technical Synergy: Collaborate daily with Technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and maximum shop production.

• Consultative Selling: Educate customers on the "why" behind the work and upsell services to ensure vehicle safety and shop profitability.

• Process Discipline: Follow our proven service process to guarantee a consistent, high-standard result every time.
