Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing the 'Full Cycle' of accounting (from AP/AR through Financial Reporting)
  
  
• 2 years of experience using QuickBooks Online
  
  
• Ability to be comfortable working under tight deadlines to ensure processes and procedures are completed on time

What You'll Do (The Mission)

As the Full Cycle Accountant, you lead the charge on all financial data. You are responsible for the "source of truth" for the entire company. Your focus includes:

• General Ledger Mastery: Maintain and oversee the entire GL, ensuring every transaction is coded with total accuracy.
  
  
• Complete Execution: Hands-on management of AP, AR, payroll, and tax filings to ensure a seamless operational flow.
  
  
• Financial Statement Production: Generate high-level P&L, Balance Sheets, and Statement of Cash Flows for executive review.
  
  
• Audit Readiness: Maintain impeccable records and internal controls, ensuring the company is always prepared for year-end reviews or audits.
  
  
• Workflow Optimization: Continuously improve the speed and accuracy of the month-end close process.
  
  
• KPI Analysis: Work with the leadership team to track performance metrics and manage operational budgets across all locations.
