How The Protege Training Program Works
Heres what you can expect:
- You enter a paid 6-month training program
- You work inside a high-performing insurance agency
- Youre provided with leads and training
- You learn how to quote, sell, and acquire new clients
- You are coached daily and held to a high standard
- You build the skills required to run a profitable agency
All of this training and support, while youre on the Paid 6-Month Protege Training Program.
At the end of the program, individuals who meet our performance standards will have the opportunity to launch their own agency.

- Engaging clients in discussions about different types of coverage
- Advocating for clients by asking the tough questions that can change their future
- Resolving client issues using our carrier resources
- Recommending suitable solutions to clients once licensed
- Working in a team-based environment focused on exceeding the expectations of our agents, advisors, clients, and management team
- Participating in our merit-based performance culture where employees are empowered to take charge of their career
