Responsibilities
- Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance plans.
- Sell and cross-sell a wide range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly production goals and performance metrics.
- Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry updates.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Active Ohio Property & Casualty License (required).
- Active Ohio Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
