Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• We are seeking a driven sales professional who excels in communication and relationship- building. Qualified candidates should have:
• Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Active Ohio Property & Casualty License (required).
• Active Ohio Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Role Responsibilities: As an Insurance Sales Team Member, you will:

• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance plans.
• Sell and cross-sell a wide range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial.
