Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

• 5-10 Years Experience in Sales whether in insurance or related fields
• Active P&C License in Ohio
• Willing to obtain Life & Health License within 30-45 Days (District to pay 100% of expenses incurred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interest in sales and customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Shadow experienced agents to learn sales techniques and client interaction.
• Assist in meeting client needs by understanding product offerings.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
• Build rapport with potential and existing clients.
• Support the sales team in administrative tasks as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
