Responsibilities
- Handle materials and complete finishing tasks efficiently.
- Perform Wood Door/Trim/Stairparts painting, ensuring proper surface preparation and application techniques for durability and aesthetics.
- Handle materials with care, utilizing warehouse experience to organize inventory and prepare finished goods for shipment.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall quality.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including measurements, inspections, and process logs to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Ability to lift Heavy Objects and willingness to jump in and help wherever the team needs!
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with hands-on use of power tools, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, auto painting, auto body repair, and industrial painting techniques.
- Familiarity with handling procedures, and warehouse logistics.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for quality control and assembly tasks.
- Prior exposure to lean manufacturing practices or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
- Ability to work safely with equipment and industrial tools in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in construction finishing is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is valued.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
