What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Operator position at Future Polytech?
General Position Scope:
Employee will be responsible for operating bag machines and associated equipment to safely produce high-quality bags in accordance with the job safety analyses (JSA’s), production schedule, set-up instructions, operating procedures, and quality specifications, etc.

Primary Accountabilities:
· Understand and follow all JSA’s and safety procedures/policies
· Read and verify line orders/dockets
· Understand job requirements by the specifications
· Perform quality checks of material being produced and complete related documentation (able to read tape measure)
· Prepare packaging materials for upcoming jobs
· Complete daily production paperwork
· Maintain a clean and safe work area
· Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Eligible to work in the United States
· Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen
· Punctual
· Work overtime as required
· Satisfactorily complete training courses as determined by management
· Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
Physical Requirements:
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
· Lifting/Carrying (minimum of 50 lbs.)
· Standing/Walking for long periods (up to 12 hours)
